An Engagement Night Ruined: January 24th
We booked the photography services of Blushing Bride (blushingbride.co.in) for one of the most important days of our lives—our engagement on Jan 24th. We trusted them and paid them a massive ₹55,000 for professional service and unforgettable memories.
Instead, what followed was a complete disaster.
- Broken Promises: When we first complained about the poor quality, we were promised it would be 'fixed' in the editing process. We've finally seen the edited photos, and they are just as bad—blurry, grainy, and completely amateurish.
- Zero Direction: The photographer had no idea how to guide us. He was just clicking random pictures with zero sense of posing, lighting, or framing.
- Missed Moments: They completely failed to capture the 'getting ready' shots and other essential, irreplaceable parts of the event.
- No Delivery: It’s been nearly two months, and we still haven’t received our edited videos. Worse, when we posted an honest review of their terrible service, they completely denied giving us any of our remaining deliverables in retaliation.
